New reference for Ripley, who's name I finally landed on other than Tlemo or whatever his name was before.

This has been my fursona for a while, but I haven't drawn him all that much because, up until now, I've been laser focused on the New Bestiary! After realizing my one piece of work shouldn't be the New Bestiary, and getting back into furry art, I decided I wanted to redo my sona.

Chief among my references was Maki on Bluesky (suggestive posts) because they're good at drawing dragons and scalies. In fact, their art was what inspired me to get my fursona back to work. Not having a fursona for like 5 years hasn't felt great, and only having posted drawings of them twice has felt weirder! Their art led me to this realization.

I'll keep doing sketches and drawings of Ripley. I decided to draw just this drawing (which is NOT a good reference, I am aware), but I'd like to do more casual drawing before landing him a reference sheet. I switched out my giant display tablet for my older Wacom CTL. This means I don't have to bend down towards a display tablet, which should make my life much easier.
